✹ HEMP SEED OIL: The main ingredient of our Moon Oil. Containing an abundance of beneficial ingredients for your body, hemp seed has shown to help women experiencing menstrual cramps to reduce pain, bloating and can assist muscles to relax all over the body (where oil is applied).

✹ LAVENDER: Well known for its calming and anti-inflammatory effects, lavender helps bring a sense of peace to your body and mind. Also encourages balance of the crown chakra, allowing you to connect more deeply to yourself and messaged of the universe during your bleed.

✹ MARJORAM: Calming nervous energy & relaxing your body and mind, Marjoram is a beautiful addition to your Moon Cycle self-care ritual as studies have shown its effectiveness in helping with cramps and tension headaches. Also, connected to the throat chakra.

✹ CLARY SAGE: Topical application of clary sage has shown to help reduce severity of menstrual cramps due to its antispasmodic properties. Connected with the Sacral, Solar Plexus and 3rd eye chakra.
