Shop with confidence. All Made By Mars parcels are insured — if your skincare arrives damaged, you’re covered for a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of our skincare and wellbeing products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons. Each product is handcrafted with love and care, and we want to ensure every item that leaves our studio is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your parcel, please don’t worry — every Made By Mars order is sent with insurance through Australia Post.
Simply take your damaged parcel (including all packaging and items) to your local Australia Post branch to make a claim and receive a refund directly from them. Once your refund is processed, you’re welcome to place a new order through our website and we will get it back out to you as soon as possible.
If you experience any other issue with your order, please reach out to us at info.madebymars@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll be happy to assist wherever possible.
