This gift card is a welcoming back to yourself for 60-90 minutes. This time is for them to slow down and take some time to tune back in and help work through any stress that is causing a disharmony in their life.

Sessions take place at Remi and Mars - 5 Main St, Upwey VIC, or can be done over the phone for a distance healing.

What is Kinesiology?

My deepest truth when looking at health is the interconnection between our mind and bodies. How emotions and beliefs are stored in our energetic bodies before they show up in our physical bodies. Physical ailments or dis-ease are the bodies way of communicating with our conscious mind. When we can investigate and understand the emotional link to our physical symptoms we are able to take a holistic approach to bringing balance back to the whole being.

I will be using muscle testing as a bio feedback tool with your body to explore with you what needs to come to light to help you feel like yourself again. Your body will only give information on what it knows you are consciously ready for, and I will always set the intention of alignment with your higher self for protection.

The beauty about kinesiology, is it’s all about YOU! It’s about harnessing and strengthening your ability to heal yourself, not replying on things outside of your being. You are truly capable of removing the barriers that stop you from ultimate well-being, and together we can gain a better understanding of what that looks like!

What a Session Looks like:

It is completely up to you how this session will look. If you are an open book and love discussing and delving into every little detail, we can talk it out. If you want to just lay and receive an energy balance and feel into it, we can peacefully guide our way through this way. However you feel comfortable, however you desire, we can create this experience together for whatever you need.
