My Body Butter has melted/changed consistency. Why, and is it still okay to use?

Due to not using preservatives and keeping our recipe as clean and simple as possible, our butters tend to change consistency in different temperatures. However this doesn't change the beautiful qualities of the product. We recommend to keep your butter in the fridge to maintain the consistency during warmer weather.

 

 

My package has arrived with some breakages, what do I do now?

We include insurance with all post parcels, so you are covered. Simply take your parcel (all packaging and broken items) to your local post office and ask for compensation. You will receive the amount you paid for your order up to $100. Then you can replace your order with us and we will send out your new goodies ASAP Rocky!

 

 

I have sensitive skin, what products would you recommend?

Whilst all our products are gentle and natural, we do have a few favourites for sensitive skin.

- Aloe Body Butter (Chamomile and Aloe Vera for extra soothing)

- Original Body Butter (Some skin types respond better without Aloe Vera)

- Lavender & Geranium Lip Balm

- Charcoal Face Mask
