❀ BERGAMOT: Oil of positivity. One of our favourite feel good oils! Bergamot has been shown in clinical research to be effective in elevating mood and reducing feelings of stress by relaxing the body and mind.

❀ LEMON: Natures energy booster and stress reducer. Lemon is known to help significantly with feelings of stress and nervous energy whilst promoting more positive feelings.

❀ LEMONGRASS: Another wonderful oil for those experiencing stress and feeling a bit low. Lemongrass’ refreshing aroma is uplifting and reviving for your energy.

As soon as I gave myself a lil spritz of this, I instantly got a boost of energy and my mood went from Bleh to YES! I then continued to spray myself excessively and the rest of my house. I’m sure I’ll be needing some more very soon.
